This checklist focuses on deep disinfection and routine maintenance of the most used fixtures.

Disinfection & Sanitization (The Priority)

Toilets: Thoroughly scrubbed, cleaned, and disinfected inside and out, including the base, lid, and exterior tank.

Showers & Tubs: Cleaning and sanitizing the shower or tub, removing soap scum and light mildew. Fixtures polished.

Vanity: Countertop wiped down and disinfected, including the surrounding wall area.

Surfaces & Fixtures

Sinks: Sinks and basins scrubbed, disinfected, and polished.

Mirrors: All mirrors cleaned to a streak-free shine.

Chrome & Faucets: Faucets, showerheads, and towel racks polished to remove water spots.

Cabinets: Spot-cleaned for fingerprints and smudges on the exterior (full wipe-down is a deep clean item).

Floors & Finishing Touches

Floors: Bathroom floor swept or vacuumed, then thoroughly mopped and disinfected.

Dusting: Lightly dusting accessible shelving, window sills, and exposed pipes.

Trash: Emptying wastebaskets and replacing the liners.

High Touch Points: Wiping and sanitizing light switches and door handles.
