Bedrooms

This checklist is designed for routine maintenance (weekly or bi-weekly) and focuses on the high-touch and visible areas. 

Dusting & Allergen Removal

All Surfaces: Dusting all accessible furniture, including nightstands, dressers, tables, and shelving.

Décor & Frames: Wiping down picture frames, lampshades, and decorative items.

High Touch Points: Wiping and sanitizing light switches and door handles.

Vents & Sills: Dusting visible air vents and accessible window sills/ledges.

Bed & Linens

Bed Making: Making the bed neatly, straightening sheets, blankets, and fluffing pillows.

Linen Change (Optional/Add-On): Changing the bed linens if fresh, clean sheets are left on the bed for the team. (This should be clearly defined as an included service or an optional add-on).

Floors & Baseboards

Vacuuming: Thoroughly vacuuming all carpets and area rugs.

Hard Floors: Sweeping and mopping hard floors (wood, tile, etc.).

Baseboards: Lightly dusting accessible baseboards and floor trim (deep scrubbing is typically part of a deep clean).

Finishing Touches

Mirrors: Cleaning all mirrors to be streak-free.

Tidying: Lightly tidying the room, which includes:

Folding blankets/throws.

Straightening misplaced items on surfaces.

Placing clothes found on the floor into a designated laundry hamper.

Trash: Emptying wastebaskets and replacing the liners.
